Chris's Birthday and Our 2 Year Anniversary

So it has been a busy month and I haven't been able to post anything but here is what has been going on in our lives lately.

Chris had his 25Th birthday on Sept 25, and we trough him a surprise birthday party the fallowing Monday. We had hamburgers, hot dogs cooked on our fire pit in our back yard, and cake that I made myself . (It had two layers and had Cherry filling, with a chocolate cake mix, topped with freshly whipped whip cream with cream cheese in it, and some cherries on top.) It was a blast.

I am also the Assistant Bear Den Leader, Which has been fun today we had the Idaho Falls Zoo come to us and we got to pet a few animals that came form the Zoo. My favorite was the Chinchilla I had never seen one up close before so that was interesting.

I have also been babysitting lately I get paid $3.00 an hour or if I want to I can just switch off babysitting with her meaning Jamie (the mom) will watch Taylor sometimes and will not have to pay me for the time I watch her son (his name is Conner) which is really nice FREE BABYSITTER HECK YES!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, Taylor and Conner have a lot of fun together though. Even though they get in fights over Binky's. Seriously they will both have a Binky in their mouth and they will take each others out and try and keep theirs at the same time. Why they do this I have no clue but, they seem to get along with each other when they are playing so that is fun.

The Best and the Longest Anniversary Ever

So our two year anniversary was this year on October 12. It actually landed on a Monday so Chris had the day off. The sad part was that the place we wanted to go eat at Stockmans was closed on Mondays, so we started our anniversary a little early and had it go throughout the whole weekend. So on Saturday we went to Stockmans but, left a little to early and got there one hour before it opened. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I still hadn't gotten Chris an anniversary gift yet, so we decided to hit up a few yard sales while we where waiting. The first one we went to there was a flight jacket that originally cost $300 there and we only paid $40. for it, and it fits him perfectly and he loves it (at least that is what he keeps on telling me every time he puts it on.) Sadly though I do not have a picture of him wearing it yet. I will definitely post that one later on this week so that you all can see it. We then went to another yard sale and they where closing up and they just gave us a few things that we needed such as outlet covers and things to child proof our house for Taylor. Also they gave us a baby swing for outside. We have no idea where we are going to put it but heck it was for free. The Third one we went to Chris only got some peanut brittle which he promptly devoured. Then we went to eat Chris got the all you can eat Steak for $15.00 which was amazing, and I got something I can't remember exactly what it was but I didn't really like it but Chris did so he ate that while I took some of his steak. Then Chris let me get the best and the most expensive cake ever it was call the mile high chocolate fudge cake. Oh it was amazing. Then on Monday night Ben, Chris and I went to a haunted house for the first time in two years and that was a lot of fun. Then my gift from Chris came on Tuesday, it is a video Camera so now I can post videos of Taylor on my blog as soon as we get some Cd's for it. So all in all our anniversary lasted from Saturday all the way through Tuesday.
